WPT has prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you, or if you represent an entity or other organization, that entity or organization, (in either case, "you" or "User") our practices regarding the information that WPT collects regarding your use of our websites (the "Site"). WPT reserves the right, at anytime, to modify this Privacy Policy. If we make revisions that change the way we collect, use, or share information, we will post those changes in this Privacy Policy. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you keep up to date on our most current policies and practices. <p>Our Android and iOS Applications may require additional permissions (i.e. location, bluetooth, file system, and/or external storage). Those permissions are needed by the 3rd party credit card readers that interact with the application. Data collected from those permissions is only used to process the credit card transactions. This data will be securely sent to the credit card processing companies to help ensure no fraud is happening and ensure the security of the credit card transactions. This location data can also be used by our ticketing applications to ensure you are within a certain distance of a ticketed zone to authenticate your access to that zone. Ticketing location data is not stored other than the fact that you gained access to a certain zone at a certain date/time.</p>
