Contactless Options
In this day and age it's important to be as contactless as possible, and White Peaks Technologies has your back. We've had several contactless options before Covid-19 and continue to expand on those. Here are some of our great options/solutions:
- Online Advanced Ticketing Reservations - including Capacity management that can span multiple products or be individual
- Ability to purchase season passes online, upload your photo, and sign your waiver. Pass can then be pre-printed and either mailed or available at will-call areas for pickup.
- Ability to advance purchase rentals online and complete your rental form - Rentals can then be pre-set at the hill and ready for contactless pickup! BONUS: Once you've filled out your details once you can reuse that form for future purchases making it even faster to checkout!
- Online Group Management Portal allows group participants to select their items and fill out all their forms in advance. The Leader can monitor and edit the participants registrations. Participants can either pay leader or resort directly and no need to arrive via bus. Resorts can let the participants show up individually, scan a barcode, and print their tickets/issue their rentals (or have them pre-set!). Or the resorts can mass-print for bus arrivals too!
- Online Food Ordering - Allows scanning of QR codes from tables or posters to determine which location for pickup or delivery. Guests order and pay online and food can be ready for pickup or delivered to a certain table. Guests are notified of the process of their order.
- Table Reservations for in-person dining locations - including capacity restrictions!
- Online purchasing of lockers allowing guests to choose specific ones and the combinations being provided to the guest to keep it contactless.
- Electronic Rental Queue system to allow the technicians to use tablets to check in/out guests and their rental equipment.
- RFID Support for Gateless ticket checking at the lifts - Guests can pre-load their RFID card and go directly to the lift without interfacing with an employee or kiosk!

Keep in mind that our Online Store can function on it's own and it's available for a small yearly hosting fee - no per transaction fees or charges assessed to you or your customers!
